love this.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I wish I could share it as a short film.
DeleteAfter so long away, it's nice to come back here where there are quiet moments, the light is clear and bright and there's coffee. Love your words and pictures, Emily (from Coffee and Pie)
ReplyDeleteOh... Thank you so much, Emily.
DeleteLove this!
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteGood for him!
ReplyDeleteI think this might be another version of "vote with your fork".

DeleteGreat post, Denise, and I'm enjoying all the comments, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sheila!

ReplyDeleteBoth the barista and the person at the cash register were very confused. At first I thought he might have run out to his truck for another dollar or quarter or whatever amount he was short, but this was not the case.
DeleteOh, i like this, especially as someone who has become accustomed to paying outrageous prices for so-so coffee. I might think twice next time.
ReplyDeleteHigh price attached to so-so is never a good thing.
DeleteWow...such power in the statement and the words.
ReplyDeleteI thought about him again today...
