"I listen to music. I occasionally rock it up, but mostly it’s the
blues. And I read, and I might saunter somewhere, usually to get coffee.
That’s everything I like. That and bookshops."
Not seen that...although based on a later comment by you, maybe that's a good thing! I suggest watching The Girl in the Cafe. He's so awkward and does it so well... Also, State of Play -- the BBC version. Action/mystery. Interestingly, Bill Nighy plays the same character that Helen Mirren does in the Hollywood version. both brilliant but this time...I'm partial to nighy. ;)
Well...I cannot say I was a big fan of Still Crazy. The only other thing I've seen him in is Love Actually, but it is more of a holiday movie, so maybe just imagine sauntering with him, stopping in a bookstore, perhaps grabbing a cup of coffee. ;)
Observer. Also, author of the novel “After the Sour Lemon Moon.” I recorded a free audio version at the beginning of the pandemic. You can find it in my Instagram bio, in highlights.
I consider him to be a brilliant actor and I 'may' have a bit of a crush on him. maybe even more now...
ReplyDeleteI'm watching Still Crazy right now. : )

DeleteThe Girl in the Cafe looked good to me, but I couldn't find it online. I'll give it another try, and check out State of Play. Thanks, Rachel.
DeleteSo what should I watch?
