Okay, I'm ready to feel even now. But is there such a thing?

    Even perfection is uneven. Lovely photo of the painting that looks very even to me.

    I agree, the painting does look even. I wanted to feel like the painting. I was feeling post-travel disorientation and wanted to reclaim my normal self. Things are improving.

    I like your use of the word even. Never thought of it quite that way. Just when I think I know what normal feels like, it changes.
