  1. Wow, I had never visited your shop before - how lovely. Also thanks for the perfect fall photo. I could never get tired of that view from the window.

  2. Looks as if this might be the dishcloth you were working on earlier? Happy solution!

    1. Nope. The dishcloth/? was much larger. It was under a small vase of dahlias for a while and is sitting pretty on our coffee table at the moment, waiting for its next assignment. I put together a new pattern for these little guys.

  3. Hello Denise: I am excited to see this work-of-love! I JUST ordered: it will remind me of your wonderful blog and words every time I have coffee or tea...and it will also be a reminder for me to write more. A big hug! Amelia

  5. What a beautiful view from your windows. Thank you for sharing that window project, enjoyed reading and watching the drawings.

Thank you also so much for your order, your cards will be packed very soon and taken to the post office by my red bicycle on grey streets as the first snow did not stay, but made the weekend so happy and pretty.

    Happy winter moments to you.

  6. Hi Denise,
such a dreamy autumn view from your window--it captures the sense of the city, and the writer looking out at it.

good for you opening up shop!I must head over there next. your start in the previous post reminded me of a "tea cozy"

    1. Thanks, Nancy. Like most views, I like it most early in the morning and just before dark. There's also an interesting part of afternoon where the sun bounces off the windows across the street and sends a lovely glow our way.

  7. A Denise shop. I like the idea of that. As I like the idea of sitting at that table, looking out on a street scene so unlike my own.

    1. Thanks, Raina. It must feel nice to have time to take photos again. It's sunny today and I'm off to the farmers market. No complaints.
